Refunds From Online Ordering Dashboard
- How to do a refund when someone has paid online directly from the online food orders dashboard.
Step 1: Click on any order in our dashboard.
Step 2: Click Action > Refund Worldline Payment
Step 3: Fill in the amount you want to refund on the bottom field. (You can only do this one time so ensure the amount is correct)
Step 4: Click the blue " Refund " Button.
Customer will receive their refund in 5-7 business days.
Refunds From Bambora/Worldline Dashboard
If you need to do a refund from Bambora (WorldLine) please follow the directions below.
Please Note You Must Login To Your Bambora Account. You Set This Up When You Received Your Welcome Email from them.
